Canceling your Subscription does not cancel an order that has already processed. If your Subscription was active at the time a recurring order was generated, that order will continue through fulfillment even if you cancel the Subscription afterward. Charges already processed are handled according to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change Subscription pricing at any time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing Subscribers of price changes affecting their Subscription in advance.

This means you are giving up the right to sue in court or to participate in a class action against us, and vice versa. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and may be conducted by phone, online, or through written submissions.

Opt-out right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@voltandgold.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, including your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect your relationship with us in any other way.

No class actions: Neither you nor Volt & Gold may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, representative, or consolidated action.

Section 20: Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Subscriptions

Customers will receive reminder emails before each subscription order processes. Any requested changes must be submitted before the order is processed, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can still be made.
