Once an order has processed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can still be made.

Canceling your Subscription does not cancel an order that has already processed. If your Subscription was active at the time a recurring order was generated, that order will continue through fulfillment even if you cancel the Subscription afterward. Charges already processed are handled according to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change Subscription pricing at any time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing Subscribers of price changes affecting their Subscription in advance.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please also contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will make it right with a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one business day.

Subscriptions

Customers will receive reminder emails before each subscription order processes. Any requested changes must be submitted before the order is processed, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can still be made.

Canceling your subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed. If your subscription was active at the time a recurring order was generated, that order will continue through fulfillment even if the subscription is canceled afterward.
